David T. Arthur

Principal

Working in the areas of business development, marketing, design, construction and real estate, David Arthur has more than 18 years of professional experience with public and private clients. Mr. Arthur has managed projects ranging in size up to $15 million. A principal at Antrim Management, LLC, Mr. Arthur manages the development of new projects for TR Advisors with an emphasis on land use and engineering.

William G. (Buzz) Constable

Principal

William "Buzz" Constable began his career as a real estate attorney involved in land use advocacy and transit-oriented development. Today, he is executive vice president of A.W. Perry, Inc. and has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development and management. Mr. Constable is currently involved in TR Advisors' joint development, dispositions, and development of its Geographic Information System for real property inventory.

Jane K. Donnelly

Principal

Ms. Donnelly has more than 25 years of real estate experience. Over her career she has successfully marketed and leased over 4 million square feet of industrial and commercial property. In 1986 she formed KC Donnelly & Co., Inc. (KCD), specializing in real estate sales, leasing and consulting. KCD is certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Woman-Owned and a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (WBE/DBE). Jane oversees TR Advisors retail leasing function and her company provides services related to property sales.

Douglas R. Herberich

Managing Principal

Mr. Herberich has worked for more than 22 years in real estate development, public finance and the public approval process. Mr. Herberich is also owner of Development Services Group and has directed the successful completion of more than 3 million square feet of industrial and commercial projects totaling over $200 million. For TR Advisors he manages the development of new projects and advises TR Advisors staff on all aspects of the development process.

John H. Spurr, Jr.

Managing Principal

Mr. Spurr has more than 22 years of experience in real estate investment, development, construction and management. Following a 12-year career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mr. Spurr is now president of A.W. Perry Corporation, a 120-year-old Boston real estate & development firm. Mr. Spurr oversees the TR Advisors asset management unit.

Lorna J. Moritz

Executive Director

Ms. Moritz has more than 25 years of experience in real estate asset management, leasing, budgeting, operations, project management, marketing and government relations. As executive director of TR Advisors Ms. Moritz is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company.

Phil Jean

Manager of Sales and Leasing

Mr. Jean has more than 15 years of experience in railroad and transit-related real estate, including nine-years with Boston & Maine Corporation's real estate department. Mr. Jean joined TRA in 2001 and is currently manager of sales and leasing. In addition to being responsible for all aspects of sales and leasing, he manages the development of new projects at TR Advisors.

Anne Marie Enderby

Manager of Administrative Services

Ms. Enderby has worked in the real estate industry for more than 12 years. Since joining TRA in 2001, Ms. Enderby has managed the administrative functions necessary to expedite TR Advisors' sales and leasing unit transactions. In addition, she coordinates new business initiatives, oversees office management, and supervises the administrative support staff.

Mark Davis

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Davis has more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, management and leasing, including complex public and private development approvals. He has served as chairman of a municipal planning board and served as chairman of a local MBTA station committee. Mr. Davis joined TRA in 2003 and is currently senior project manager. In addition to being responsible for all aspects of sales, he manages the development of new projects at TR Advisors.

Greg Dicovitsky

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Dicovitsky has over 30 years of experience in the areas of real estate development, investment and management. His strengths include project analysis (both physical and financial), value creation, disposition strategies, negotiations and community relations. He has direct experience in the residential, industrial, commercial and hospitality industries, and has performed successfully both as a manager and a "turnaround specialist" in these areas. Most recently, he has been heavily focused on creating transportation-oriented development opportunities.

Fred Ireton

Manager of Asset Management Service

Mr. Ireton is a property management specialist with over 20 years of professional experience in residential, commercial and retail property management. Mr. Ireton joined TRA in 2006; he is responsible for managing the Retail Concession Program as well as overseeing the accounting department and the asset management staff.

 

 

Robert LaVita
Acquisitions Project Manager
Mr. LaVita has been involved in the real estate business for over twenty years. Since 1987, he has been involved with the right-of-way acquisitons and relocation process for the MBTA in several capacities including Right of Way Agent and Assistant Director for Right of Way. Mr. LaVita has been working for TR Advisors since December 2002 as the Acquisitions Project Manager, in which position he makes formal presentations to the MBTA Board of Directors to aquire real estate. He has been a member of the International Right of Way Association since 1999 and continues to keep abreast of the changes to the state and federal regulations affecting acquisition and relocation for public entities.

 

Steven C. Zeller

Senior Counsel

Mr. Zeller is an attorney with nearly 20 years of professional experience in real estate, economic development, and litigation. He has worked for governmental agencies, non-profit and private-sector clients. Prior to working at TR Advisors, he was counsel to the Economic Development and Industrial Corporation of Boston, the Boston Local Development Corporation, and Boston’s Office of Jobs and Community Services. As the Senior Counsel for TR Advisors, Mr. Zeller handles a wide variety of legal issues, including public bid processes, sales and long-term leases of transit-related real estate, private/public partnership agreements, easements, contracts and legislative interpretation.

 

Hildy M. Feuerbach

Senior Counsel

Ms. Feuerbach is an attorney with more than 20 years of professional experience with a focus on commercial and residential real estate development and land use matters. She has served on a number of local boards including as the chairwoman of a planning board and a member of a conservation commission. Prior to joining TR Advisors in 2005, Ms. Feuerbach was a real estate attorney at a mid-sized law firm north of Boston and at a large Boston law firm. Ms. Feuerbach handles a variety of legal issues for TR Advisors, including public bid processes, sales and long term leases of transit- related real estate, licenses, leases, and easements.
